1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WarmedInboxes services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WarmedInboxes provides pre-warmed business mailboxes and related setup configurations for B2B cold email and sales outreach workflows.
2. Mailbox Product & Pricing Model
WarmedInboxes mailboxes are priced at $2.50 per mailbox per month. Mailboxes come pre-warmed, with warmup support included while the mailbox remains active with WarmedInboxes. Third-party outreach platform subscriptions (such as Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) are separate and not included in WarmedInboxes pricing.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers agree to use WarmedInboxes mailboxes strictly for legitimate, compliant B2B sales development and business communication. Customers must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable anti-spam regulations. Illegal spamming, phishing, scamming, or distribution of malicious content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
4. Mailbox Delivery & Replacement Policy
Orders are processed upon verification. In the event a delivered mailbox experiences technical configuration issues upon initial delivery, our customer support team provides replacement support in accordance with our standard Mailbox Replacement Policy.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time via the Client Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Warmup support is provided for active mailboxes and ceases upon account cancellation.
